We had an extremely poor experience - our first in trying to buy into the Kia brand and working with Ancira. We had negotiated terms on a Kia Sorento, had the loan in place and drove across town expecting to complete the purchase, only to learn just before we walked into sign the papers that the vehicle had sustained damage and required repair work. That information was not clearly disclosed during the sales process, which was disappointing after spending significant time working through the deal.

We want to recognize the excellent customer service we received during our recent purchase. Our Sales consultant, Sam Hamaydeh, was a real pro. Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

My wife and I took my 2019 Kia Sorento in to be diagnosed to see if it coud be repaired under the specifics of a class action lawsuit as of 2023 against Hyundai and Kia. Our service rep did a great job making sure that the process for getting the engine replaced under warranty kept moving forward
Staff was super friendly and helpful despite the fact that I was having a bad day due to an unexpected situation with my vehicle. My sales associate went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner and even knocked off the price of the service.

I’ve always bought my car to the dealership when I needed major things done to it. I just feel that some of the service advisors need to have a little bit more experience and definitely need to be more polite.

This place deserves ZERO stars. Kia owners need to be aware of the scam Ancira Kia has been doing to unsuspected customers. When you take your vehicle for maintenance, the dealer has been installing trackers on your vehicles. This could be for any number of reasons, but the fact that they are not informing the customer raises major concerns. Check your vehicles for any after-market devices. Call and report this to police. Ancira is 👍 an exceptional dealership, outstanding techs, that are excellent mechanics not just a bunch of computer knuckleheads that replace/repair but are not certified mechanics. The uniform patches an framed paper certificate’s are worthless, if proof isn’t in the pudding.

They were attentive and thorough. There were unexpected delays (a sensor popping off during the test drive) but they kept me up to date on the progress.

The technician had helped me from start to finish as I arrived to the location for a couple of minutes early and he had seen me pull in. He quickly got me in and started to ask questions on exactly what was needing to be done and how the process will go. The whole team help and made me feel at home while I waited.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. A courtesy reminder was provided a day earlier. I was received promptly, an inspection of the car performed. It was recommended the brakes be serviced while the car was in for the covered theft protect. From time in to time was 90 minutes. Everyone was informative and respectful. I just had an EXCELLENT experience with Ancira Kia's Service department! I dropped my Kia Soul (which I bought from them in 2015) off for a scheduled service and before I could even sneak back to get a cup of coffee, Mike had arranged a ride back home for me and I was heading back home.
